Certified Fitness Trainer
and Personal Coach
Jake is a 28 year old fitness enthusiast who grew up playing sports in the sunny, Southern California. Throughout high school, he began to take an interest in health, fitness, and nutrition.
During that period of time, Jake lost over 135 pounds and began to drastically change his physique and lifestyle to reflect healthier living. After completing his high school career, he attended Cal State Fullerton where he began his education in the College of Human and Health Development (HHD).
While attending, he interned in the university’s Strength & Conditioning program for CSUF’s athletics and graduated in May 2016 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology (Strength & Conditioning) and a Minor in Health Science.
During his 5 years at CSUF, he made it onto the Dean’s List multiple semesters and served on the student government’s Board of Directors, as the representative for the College of Human and Health Development (HHD). He has also been involved as a participant, or has assisted, in many of the studies for the College of HHD.
With a 4 year degree and hours of involvement under his belt, Jake hopes to be of assistance to anyone who is interested in improving their health and physical well-being, as well inform the masses about everything that currently populates our media today in terms of health and fitness.
